This warranty applies to Safety swimming pool covers (ifapplicable). This warranty is provided to the original purchaser for whom the cover was installed, and it takes effect on the original ship date of the cover. 
     3 gold warranty full coverd This warranty covers all types of problems without asking who was at fault. 
Covers any defects in material and/or workmanship of a new Safety cover under normal use and if the cover has been correctly installed by the swimming pool professionals. If the conditions stated above apply, we are limited to a replacement or repair. As well as optional part (s) that we deem to be defective. 
The following are a list of conditions that will not allow the warranty to go into effect. 
1.⁠ ⁠The cover has been subjected to misuse. (i.e. no drum tight, alteration, animal damage, abuse, neglect, drag holes, coping wear- rough coping must be Padded by installer at time of installation, otherwise cover will suffer premature wear, intense external thermal reaction-fire, heat burn) 
2.⁠ ⁠The water level of the pool falls more than 18” below the coping level at any time during which the cover is installed.
3.⁠ ⁠A rectangle cover is used for a pool other than a rectangular, it has been sized for. 
4.⁠ ⁠The cover has not been used on a pool other than the original installation. 
5.⁠ ⁠The cover has not been professionally installed.
6.⁠ ⁠If cover is used for purposes other than its intended use. 
7.⁠ ⁠The cover pump (s) has not been used properly to remove accumulating surface water SOLID COVER
8.⁠ ⁠Damage due to wind, storm or any weather-related action. 
9.⁠ ⁠If for any reason at the time of purchase the cover has been deemed non- warranted. 
Safety Pool Covers, will not be liable for any special, indirect or incidental, consequential damages of any kind including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment, freight, installation, service, labor and any additional costs. 
Safety Pool Covers will warrant the cover with a limited warranty for up to 18 years from the effective date of this warrant, to the original purchaser. If Safety Pool Covers finds the cover not corresponding to the conditions stated. Under this limited warranty the customer will pay 1/120 for each month that has elapsed.
